Before you write
If you are reporting a bug, give us the app version and the system you are working on. You will find the version in the app settings, at the very bottom.
Why we do not ask for the hour of birth
The Matrix of Destiny is calculated from the day, month and year. The hour and place of birth are required by astrology, and that is a different method.
Where these numbers come from
You can break every number on the diagram into its parts. In the app and on the website there is a “Show calculations” button that lists the full path: position, formula, components and result.
I see different numbers than in another calculator
The method has no single standard. Services differ in how they reduce numbers above 22 and in the formulas for derived positions. We use the formulas described explicitly by kalkula.pl and we show them openly, so that they can be checked.
Is this a prophecy
No. It is a language of symbols and a tool for reflection. The app does not determine the future or the state of your health.
How to erase data and how to delete the account
These are two different things and the difference is worth knowing.
You erase your data yourself, in the app settings. It deletes Spirit of Nibiru data: the profile and journal from the device, and readings, portraits and conversation memory from the server. It does not touch Spirit of Arkanum data and it does not delete the account itself, because the account is shared between both apps. The screen says so before you confirm.
To delete the account, meaning your e-mail address and the ability to sign in, write to [email protected]. We will do it within 30 days. It removes access to both apps at once, so we do not do it with a single tap inside one of them.
